A midcentury Danish circular table designed by Poul Cadovius, with a hand-painted and signed tabletop by Susanne Fjeldsøe Myggee, dated 1965. Produced for CADO, the table brings together Cadovius’s clarity of form with Myggee’s decorative surface work.

The lacquered tabletop is finished in a dark ground, overlaid with an intricate gold-toned swirling motif arranged in a radial composition. The pattern reflects Myggee’s close association with artist Bjørn Wiinblad, visible in the graphic rhythm and ornamental detailing. Subtle variation and wear across the surface reveal the hand-painted process and the passage of time. The table is supported by a streamlined aluminium pedestal base, giving the richly worked top a precise, architectural counterpoint.
