Thirzie Hull — Owner & Director
Thirzie began her career in property by launching a group of workspaces in East London with a focus on innovative design, before pivoting into the establishment of an industry leading restaurant in Berlin. In 2017 she consolidated her creative and commercial interests by founding London’s first multidisciplinary estate agency.
Immersed in a rich world of artistic inspiration, Thirzie developed an early fascination with architecture and design. Her grandfather’s company Hull Traders revolutionised the design and production of interior textiles in the mid twentieth century. Thirzie is also aesthetically influenced by the artisan tastes of her literary family who, in 1911, were trailblazers in their decision to reimagine a rural estate in West Sussex as an early artists’ retreat, which included the commision of an Arts and Crafts library. The property remains in the family and continues to be an inspiration in all of its understated charm.
From the outset, the agency appealed to London’s creative community. Thirzie’s first clients remain firm advocates of her founder-led approach that ensures all transactions are conducted with a grace and understanding that is unique in the world of property. Through her innovatively empathetic approach, Thirzie has created an ethos in which property representation is treated as more than just a transaction, but a process of exploring how human relationships interact with the built environment and the places we call home.
