Originally a two-storey garment factory built in 1933, the Textiles Building was acquired by Burberry in the 1950’s. The building is now a mixed development of high-specification apartments and experimental fashion studios.
Apartment 14 is a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom factory conversion. The open-plan kitchen and living space has striking views over Hackney through the huge crittal windows.
The master bedroom has lots of cleverly designed in-built storage and a well-designed en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom looks out over the quiet of the main building.
The area is teeming with creativity, minutes from Hackney central and a short walk to the green spaces of London Fields and Victoria Park.
